My passion as a psychologist is to help children and families thrive. To empower each family member toward health, understanding, and connection. I take an integrative approach which is tailored to the individual, child, or family I am working with. My goal is to provide a supportive, yet challenging space to better understand traumas, symptoms, and behaviors.
My specialty is eating disorders, anxiety, depression and trauma. For over twenty years I have provided care for adults, children, and families. I take a collaborative approach working with outside providers when needed such as schools, doctors, and nutritionists.
I am a relationship based therapist providing a safe place for deeper understanding, grounding, and healing. Working together we will find a place to build kindness, compassion, and connections with self and other.
