Hi, I’m Natasha! I believe some of the most powerful moments happen in the difficult conversations — and I’m here to hold space for all of them. As a proud Latina therapist, I bring a deep understanding of how culture shapes our experiences, our families, and the stories we carry about ourselves. With an extensive background in child development and family systems, my approach centers on healing the inner child and understanding the roots of who we are today. I show up for clients with compassion and warmth, paired with a gentle assertiveness to help guide you toward your potential.
