Natasha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2018. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Michigan State University. Natasha believes that each human being comes through her door with a story and that each person deserves to feel heard and seen as they open up throughout the course of therapy. Natasha works intently to understand the unique strengths and challenges each of her clients carry, working to help her clients uncover their passions and find clarity along the way.
Natasha seeks to assist in getting to the root of problems as well as helping clients to bloom on the many branches of their unique trees of life. Her main areas of focus include depression, anxiety, codependency recovery, interpersonal dynamics using concepts from Internal Family Systems framework, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy.
In her spare time, Natasha enjoys rock collecting, exploring nature, meditating, tai chi, connecting with loved ones, watching shows / movies, listening to music, painting, writing poetry, and playing with her cat.
