I focus my work on anxiety and depression. I will help you put words to thoughts you usually keep to yourself, find clarity, and figure out what to do. We will tackle overwhelm, endless rumination, and overanalyzing. We will look to empower you, build up your sense of self, find meaning again, and make your life feel like it matters. I want our work to be about what we figure out together so that you can walk away proud of the effort you put into therapy and start seeing your life little by little become satisfying and meaningful. We will figure out what is the point of it all and help you learn to create that.
Most people don’t need advice—they need space to think clearly. I listen closely and reflect back what I hear so you can face your feelings, notice gaps in your thinking, and understand yourself better. I offer tools, validation, empathy, and questions to spark thoughtfulness. I tend to dive deep to maximize understanding.
I’ll meet you with kindness and patience and help you feel safe opening up. If this is your first time in therapy or you have therapy anxiety, I will help you know what to do and ease you into the process. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and make sure I understand what you want. Reach out when you're ready—I’m here to walk you through it.
