A little bit about me: For the past 18 years I've worked in the human services field in a variety of different capacities. 7 years ago I shifted my focus to health & fitness coaching, but after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis my path shifted to a more holistic approach of living and healing.
The natural healing journey that I've been on has taught me so much about how energy stores in our bodies, and it is what ultimately brought me back to my counseling roots. I utilize the tools I’ve learned over 14 years of counseling, healing, and Reiki/energy work to support my clients in achieving their goals.
