My primary goal as a counselor and coach is to nurture the "Mind, Body, and Spirit" through the use spiritually integrated counseling and life coaching. I enjoy working with individuals, in the areas of depression, trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, divorce, career, business, life transitions, and relationship conflict
I understand the difficulty of sitting with a stranger to discuss your deepest struggles. I enjoy being able to offer an open environment where individuals are able to explore, discuss, and overcome the issues that they are facing.
