Many of my clients come from backgrounds of neglect or abuse, where love felt conditional, leading to a belief that they must constantly prove their worth. What really distinguishes my approach to therapy is our focus on four key areas: creating deeper self-awareness, fostering self-acceptance and self-compassion, and establishing healthy boundaries.
I use an integrative approach combining EMDR, Coherence Therapy, IFS based Parts Work, Inner Child Healing, Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness.
