About
Telehealth (video) only! Counseling should be a safe space to discuss your true thoughts and feelings. We all work so hard in every other setting to act like we have it all together, we need a place to be real, honest and vulnerable. Counseling is for self awareness with support and without judgement. Once you make this step, you will wonder why you waited so long. As the CEO/Clinical Supervisor, I , Natasha Mullen, assure that your clinician will be qualified and knowledgeable, but most important relatable. Let's get started.
We provide video counseling for adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, grief, anxiety and hurtful recent/past experiences. Helping others who work hard to look like they "have it all together" but inside are exhausted. Healing from the past, increasing coping skills and learning ways to manage is what counseling is all about.
We truly believe that past experiences (good and bad) effect our thoughts, feelings and how we respond. Therefore it is important that our office is a safe, non-judgmental place where you can confide those experiences, explore true feelings and thoughts as you work towards "feeling better". Offering support, No advice, no "should ofs"). IT'S YOUR TIME!!
