In these difficult times I offer phone/FaceTime/In-person sessions to individuals and couples. I specialize in relationship and individual therapy. Let me guide you to find better self-awareness and clarity as you understand and change your negative cycles and old patterns. My twenty-five years of experience using insight oriented therapy will help you improve your interpersonal communication with your mate, family and co-workers. I will help you find strategies that will make your life happier and your relationships more fulfilling as you resolve conflicts in your life through short term support.
The focus of my practice is on improving relationships and helping to create lasting positive changes that will enhance the quality of your life. I work with two psychopharmacologists (psychiatrists who specialize in medication consultation), two nutritionists, several primary care physicians and other health care professionals.
My private practice office is in Wellesley, Massachusetts. I am a member of NASW, Mass Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association. I am a Disaster Mental Health Supervisor (volunteer) for the American Red Cross in Massachusetts. I received my Ph.D. from Brandeis University.
