Pain. Pain shows up in emotional, physical, and spiritual ways. Walking through pain in isolation can feel paralyzing. God created us to live in connection with one another, and it's within that connection that we can find redemption and healing. For those who are Christ followers, faith integration is foundational in our work together. I work with both Christians and non-Christians. For all of my clients, you are respected and honored right where you are. Faith is integrated into your care when you choose for it to be.

If you are grieving, feeling alone, burdened by shame, or carrying a weight that feels too heavy, I want to walk alongside you. I specialize in trauma work, integrating EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems therapy to cultivate deep healing. I'm also certified as a Nutrition and Mental Health Specialist.

I love Jesus. I’m a wife of 13 years and a mother of three. This work is my passion: helping you uncover what is meaningful, redeem what’s been lost, and reconnect with who you were created to be.
