About
**Please note, at this time I am not taking on new clients. Please check back in January 2020.** Therapy is a place where you can learn about yourself, gain insight into the patterns in your life, and figure out new ways to navigate difficult scenarios. It is a commitment to self. By embarking on this process, you are dedicating time and effort to your well-being. I work with adults on topics related to fulfillment, life transitions, relationships, career stress, sexuality, and gender. I have years of professional training in, and personal dedication to, the LGBTQIA+ communities.
Through a collaborative process, we will carve out space in your life where you can be your full self. I provide a nonjudgmental and compassionate setting for therapeutic work driven by your goals. I use cognitive behavioral, relational, and psychodynamic modalities to customize a style that's right for you.
With the skills gained in therapy, you will be able to walk through life with an understanding of yourself and how to cope with outside forces. Knowing yourself in a deeper way will create new choice for how you live your life.
