I am a licensed clinical social worker who is licensed in CO and MI. I am also a certified addiction counselor candidate. I use a variety of modalities when working with clients so that I ensure that I am meeting clients where they are and supporting clients in meeting their goals for themselves. Some of the modalities that I am trained in are ACT, DBT, CBT, Solution Focused, Strengths-based, and motivational interviewing. I work with a variety of clients that have a variety of different diagnoses.
I work with clients in a virtual setting. I prefer clients who can be themselves and focus on what they need during the session. I always prefer that my clients take care of their needs and let me know what it is that they need during the session.
I have always been interested in supporting individuals who struggle with their mental health and overall well-being. I like to do this work because I enjoy watching people feel better and being able to work on themselves.
