Most of us face challenges in life, and recent times have brought more stress, feelings of isolation, and grief to many. I would love to support you through your challenges and assist you to find the peace you are looking for. You don't have to go it alone. I offer more than 30 years of specialized professional experience in Trauma, Grief, and Substance Abuse. My own life experiences enable me to offer unique assistance in helping you find your way and to heal. I've attained 43 years of sobriety, dealt with the loss of my daughter due to addiction, and recovered from traumas in my own childhood.
I am Certified in Brainspotting and Tapping. I have practiced and teach Meditation, Mindfulness, Yogic Breath and Relaxation techniques for over 3 decades. I am holistic and believe in integrating the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of life. But most of all, I offer an authentic presence and safe space for you to grow and heal!
I live in a mixed race, extended family structure that has increased my awareness to the variety of challenges that can come with being a POC in this society. I desire to work with and welcome all cultures and anyone feeling on the "outside", including people from all walks of life. I offer in-person and telehealth services.
