My focus as a therapist is creating a collaborative and supportive space for children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges like mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, and identity exploration. I also support individuals coping with caregiving issues, aging, and crisis. My approach blends warmth with practical tools, using evidence-based techniques like DBT, CBT, attachment-based therapy, and Jungian Sand-Play to support both immediate relief and long-term change.
My approach is deeply relational and I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a foundation for growth and healing. I meet each client where they are and work together to find meaning, build resilience, and foster self-acceptance.
I'm open to incorporating clients' faith backgrounds if desired and bring curiosity, creativity, and care to every session. I am a DBT Certified Specialist and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. I am also fluent in French.
