Eroticism is adult play: ideally it is expansive, vibrant, joyful, and stress-free. Living in a shaming society damages our ability to have an easy relationship to internal worlds, including our erotic selves. That damage can lead to conflict and disconnection with ourselves and intimate others. We long for our relationships to be a safe haven from the chaos of our lives. When that isn’t the case, it can leave us feeling lost, uneasy, and wondering how to experience a feeling of security. Cultivating embodiment is how we journey back into a full, meaningful, and pleasure-centered life with self and others.

I show up with tenderness, curiosity, and humor. I draw on the neuroscience of attachment and nervous system states to facilitate healing and increased sense of presence and pleasure. I have specialized training in Sex Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Ego-State/IFS Therapy.

Starting is one of the hardest parts. I'm here to help you make sense of all of you: your longings, nervous system states, relational desires, identity, and ways of connecting to self/others so you can be the most alive and creative version of yourself!
