Life can be messy, unpredictable, wonderful, and fragile. It can also be overwhelming, so I value opportunities to slow down and listen to our bodies, emotions, and needs. Therapy is a space where you can do that - and not do it alone. I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity issues, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach has evolved to be influenced by relational, emotion-focused, person-centered, and attachment-based therapy, while remaining trauma-informed.

As an Asian/Filipina therapist, I recognize the impact of intersecting identities and cultural biases on navigating the complexities of life and mental health. I work with individuals with various backgrounds and identities, including but not limited to those who are in the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.
