12-week evidence-based course to decrease workplace stress in virtual teams. Sessions include research-backed stress management theory, strategies to optimize our nervous systems, strategies to combat burnout. We also use an array of multimedia presentation tools, and an anonymous polling software for in-session feedback and psychologically/emotionally safe interactions.
