Together we will gently work through emotional patterns keeping you from feeling connected, grounded or fulfilled.

I specialize in working with thoughtful, high-functioning adolescents and adults who are ready for more than just coping—those navigating difficult life transitions, complex relationships, childhood emotional neglect, or trauma.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I'm trained in EMDR, which can help process painful memories and shift long-standing beliefs that no longer serve you. Therapy with me is about healing, not fixing—and I’m here to walk with you through it. I offer virtual therapy to clients in PSYPACT states across the US.

12-week evidence-based course to decrease workplace stress in virtual teams. Sessions include research-backed stress management theory, strategies to optimize our nervous systems, strategies to combat burnout. We also use an array of multimedia presentation tools, and an anonymous polling software for in-session feedback and psychologically/emotionally safe interactions.
