About
I work with individual women as well as couples. We all encounter different types of challenges and adversity in life, whether in relationships or life events. Meeting people where they are, I enable them to find strength and meaningful connections in their lives.
When working with individual clients I use a multi-dimensional therapeutic approach, creating space for self-discovery. These methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic practices. When working with couples, I help them strengthen their emotional connections and focus on communication and growth within their relationship.
My practice focuses on women and couples. My office is located within the Advanced Breast Care and Wellness Center of Columbus. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey. I practice under the supervision of Amy Shevrin, LISW-S (I. 0900242)
