I provide a safe, supportive space rooted in evidence-based care, including DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen coping strategies, process experiences, and develop practical tools to create lasting, meaningful change. I also provide therapy in Spanish, if needed.
