There is no one right way for a body or brain to work, and you deserve a space where that is truly understood. I work with neurodivergent folks, people with disabilities, and the queer community, and together we can explore trauma, deepen your understanding of yourself, navigate different social and cognitive needs, build self-compassion, strengthen self-esteem and self-trust, and make sense of a new or lifelong diagnosis, among other things. You can expect kindness, a little playfulness, genuine connection, and radical acceptance.
I work with neurodivergent, queer, and disabled folx navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, AuDHD, OCD, burnout, life transitions, skill regression, perfectionism, rejection sensitivity, and more. I also tend to work with high-achievers who live in their head and people with physical disabilities.
Whoever you love, however you're wired, you're welcome here. I offer affirming support for LGBTQ+, trans, and polyam/ENM clients using DBT, ACT, somatic, inner-child, and attachment-based approaches. I'd love to help you find your way forward.
