Welcome! I'm Dr. Natalie Zaragoza and I offer specialized trauma-informed and holistic therapy. My priority is offering outstanding clinical care in the context of a safe and comfortable therapeutic relationship. Therapy with me means going beyond the surface of thoughts and behaviors to access underlying emotions that are often at the root of feeling stuck. As an attachment-based therapist, I will explore the root causes of your emotional struggles and how they show up in the here-and-now while aiming to help you develop healthier ways of connecting with others and managing emotions and behavior.
I am passionately trauma-informed and am advanced trained in somatic experiencing (SE) and emotionally focused therapy for individuals (EFIT) and couples (EFT). I connect well with a diverse range of men, women and young adults though I tend to focus on trauma issues, addiction and recovery, and nervous system regulation.
I believe a therapeutic experience is uniquely personal, emotional, and requires genuine curiosity, trust, and transparency.
