I am integrative in my approach, as I enjoy narrative therapy practices, existentialism, attachment and utilize mindfulness, cognitive behavioral and somatic techniques. I primarily work with adults, LGBTQ+, and those navigating oppressive systems. I can meet folks in-office, make in-home/community visits, and offer telehealth, whichever is best for you.
