I specialize in working with children in search of their center. I adore supporting children (as well as their parents) in individual, emotional and behavioral growth. I especially love working with teenagers and women discovering their most authentic self and dealing with issues such as trauma, women’s issues, eating disorders and chronic illness. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults seeking to heal from the lasting effects of trauma, and women in the pregnancy/postpartum period. Depending on my client's unique life stage and goals, I utilize child-centered play therapy, sand tray, Internal Family Systems (IFS) interventions, and I have advanced training in EMDR for clients of all ages.
I am a warm, humorous and compassionate therapist driven to create a safe, connected environment. Together we will work to explore and discover underlying needs. As barriers are shed and individuals begin to find their true authentic self my hope is to empower children, teens and parents to live with a positive self-worth and authenticity.
