It is my belief that you are expert of your life but I can be here to assist you through a time of healing and growth. Therapy looks different for every person. I offer services for individuals, couples, and children. I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified and utilize EMDR therapy to treat a variety of trauma. My education in Marriage and Family Therapy benefits my work with couples using a systemic approach. Children can heal and grow through aspects of play.
Counselors are not cookie cutter molds and it can feel overwhelming trying to find someone who fits you. It is the job of a counselor to meet you where you are at, not for you to try to fit yourself to the counselor.
