I work with couples, families, and individuals seeking help with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, betrayal trauma and infidelity, faith transitions, re-marriage and stepfamily blending, unwanted pornography use, and ADHD. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy and respect. In my office, you will find a non-judgmental space where you are free to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You have the tools you need to heal, and it is my job to help you find those tools. I bring a warm presence and work collaboratively with my clients to help them meet their goals.
