I am a bilingual and bi-cultural LMFT working under Axis Mundi Center for Mental Health. I specialize in relational work through expressive arts and somatic therapies (including Hakomi) with a hint of Buddhist psychology and mindfulness. I work with adolescents and young adults navigating, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, biculturality and more.
