Hello and welcome! My name is Natalie Wakeley and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. If you're new to therapy or have tried therapy in the past and want to explore a more holistic approach, I can help. I specialize in Somatic techniques as well as IFS and DBT to help you process trauma, emotional pain patterns, relationship issues, life transitions, and disorders such as Bipolar, BPD, and OCD that cause anxiety, depression, and emotional pain.
A holistic approach is the belief that our bodies and minds are deeply connected and work together which means they should be treated together to achieve true balance. This simply means that in our sessions we will focus on the mind and thoughts but also tune into and connect with our feelings and emotional body.
