I practice warm and genuine therapy for teens and young adults as they navigate the world, their mental health, relationships, and major life transitions. Whether new to therapy or looking for a different approach, I strive to build the supportive relationship with clients as they heal and understand their own unique life experiences

It is normal to feel stuck, lost, and anxious during teen years and transitioning into your 20s and 30s. As a trained relational therapist, I value creating a safe & real connection with my clients as they build self sufficiency. Therapy can be the place to make desired change; or slow down, feel supported, and give ourselves the attention we deserve.
