Life brings us many challenges. Maybe you’re a teenager navigating strong emotions, a worried parent unsure of how to support your child, or an adult yearning for healing and understanding. Having a space where you feel safe, understood, and respected can make all the difference. I am a Christian counselor aiming to provide such a space where your goals and your story are honored. I utilize a collaborative approach helping you to discover and build upon your strengths. If your faith is an important piece of your healing, I can gently integrate biblical truth to support your growth - always in line with your comfort level.
My approach may look slightly different depending on who you are and what your goals are. If you are seeking help for a child under 12 years old, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy as a medium for building emotion regulation and problem solving skills, increased self-esteem and self awareness, and resilience.
