My counseling is eclectic. I use art, CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS and talk therapy to help my clients. I help my clients achieve their goals, whether it be increasing productivity to healthier relationships. Each client is unique, and so are my services for them. I provide individual, group, couples and family counseling tailored to fit the needs of each client.
