It can be difficult to open up and talk with someone about what you've been through, and I will work to create that safe space for you. Your treatment and what you share is on your timeline, and I would be honored to take that journey to healing with you. I am trained in EMDR and am currently completing NARM. I also pull from DBT, mindfulness, and IFS.
