Mindfulness Meditation Group
Whether you are a seasoned meditation practitioner looking for accountability and community, are new to and curious about mediation, or are a helping professional wanting to incorporate more mindfulness to support yourself, this group is for you. With my own daily practice and intensive training in mindfulness meditation teaching, I can support your meditation goals. In this group, we practice guided meditation on a variety of topics together, with time for Q&A. While mindfulness meditation practices come from Buddhism, this group is secular and people of all religious faiths and secular identities are welcome. Sliding fee spots are available. We meet via telehealth.
