As far as most people know, you have it "all together,” but behind the mask you wear every day, you're struggling with emotional scars that can’t seem to heal. Perhaps someone has shattered your sense of security through sexual assault. Or life has come into the picture with new challenges that you can’t seem to handle. Maybe you’re noticing traces of your childhood are still affecting you and the relationships around you. You’ve been strong, but it’s gotten too hard to do on your own. If you’re looking for someone to release these areas that are troubling you, I have the training and experience to help.

In our sessions, we'll process your trauma and build the skills you need to move forward. I use EMDR and ART with those in need of trauma work. Healing is possible! An additional focus is healing from betrayal trauma caused by partner’s compulsive sexual behavior. I have specialized training in this area. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly.
