I have experience working with trauma, anxiety, mood disturbances, religious trauma, and general mental health difficulties that disrupt an individual's ability to be fully present in their day-to-day experiences. I utilize EMDR, DBT, and CBT approaches and techniques.
My focus in therapy is helping each client feel more confident in themselves and their ability to conquer their life challenges. Each person is the expert on their own mind.
