I believe therapy is a relational and collaborative process. I utilize a variety of evidence based modalities such as Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, DBT, ARC, and IFS. I incorporate elements of attachment, psychodynamic, mindfulness, play, and art based therapies in order to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs.
