I help diverse populations navigate anxiety, depression, attachment and relational issues, identity exploration, emotions, problematic behaviors, neurodivergence, communication challenges, trauma, LGBTQIA+ issues, isolation, self-esteem, grief, and eating disorders.
I specialize in systemic therapy, helping folks deepen their relationships with themselves to create more authentic relationships with others. My approach is trauma-informed and affirming, reflecting my passion for making mental health care more accessible and collaborating with each person to help them find greater joy, meaning, insight, and expansiveness.
I create a warm and empathetic space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. My goal is to build upon your inherent worth and the strengths you already have through narrative, EFT, somatic, Mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and solutions-focused therapies, to help you come home to yourself, find clarity and connection, and develop healthier habits.
My own mental health journey, in addition to lifelong interests in human development, psychology, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit, inform my approach to care.
