Together we can move past imagining and work to empower you to explore vulnerabilities, achieve balance and connect more deeply with yourself and others. My interests include adults in life transitions: pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, grief, career changes, divorce, marriage, trauma, moving, and child-parent attachment.
My therapy style is rooted in warmth and focused on connection. Your connection with yourself, others and your world. You hold the key to your own self discovery and I would be honored to walk this path with you. I provide online therapy with weekend and evening hours to fit your busy schedule!
