As a therapist, I help people become more mindful of themselves: their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, coping strategies, attachment needs, and relationship patterns. Once that happens, we can work together towards changes that will bring more peace and happiness. It is emotional and sometimes challenging work, but it is deeply rewarding and worth the effort.
My systemic training is an asset for working with couples and families, but I also enjoy working with individual children and adults. I value authenticity, directness, and humor in the therapy room.
