Are you struggling with something and need help figuring it out? With patience, humor, empathy and mindfulness, I will work with you in a nonjudgmental, caring and direct way so you can successfully achieve your goals. For over 25 years, I have worked with children and adults with a range of issues, including trauma, at-risk behavior, depression, anxiety, relationship and interpersonal conflict, as well as those struggling with intimacy and sex. I provide a safe space to develop a path toward personal and emotional growth and treat each person with dignity and respect. I also offer co-parenting and therapeutic supervised visitation.
My approach is individualized and interactive with a focus on long-term sustainable change. You are more than a collection of symptoms or a problem to be fixed and I believe that what you bring to the table deserves attention and exploration.
I am licensed in New York and Connecticut and offer an eclectic practice, utilizing skills including Imago, RLT, EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT, Sand Tray, CBT, DBT and Discernment Counseling in whatever way works best for you. I am also a certified Equus Coach and a certified Safe Conversations facilitator and would love to support you any way I can.
