My ideal clients are individuals ready to take a genuine step toward improving where they want to be, whether navigating a common life transition or carrying a personal struggle they have kept inside. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, persons with disabilities, care givers, women, men, artists, young adults, millennials, people going through grief, and honestly I am welcoming of clients from different backgrounds and schools of thought, you never know who you're going to vibe with as client and counselor. What matters most is a willingness to be open, reflect, and participate in the process of growth.
Apart from creating a safe and non judgemental space. I help clients build coping skills, step outside their comfort zones, and identify manageable steps toward healing and meaningful change. My approach is genuine, supportive, and direct. I value accountability and will encourage you to follow through actions that support your growth per your values.
I believe therapy should feel human, genuine, and approachable. As an ADHD neurodivergent counseling intern, I understand that people experience the world in different ways and deserve support that honors their individuality.
