Sexual Trauma Restoration Group is for women who have experienced sexual betrayal, shame, or violation. This is a virtual group, which is best for those who have some grounding and are ready for restoration (not acute trauma). This group will incorporate spirituality, and is best for those who have some sense of spiritual belief in God/Higher Power, even if you are struggling with faith. Pre-group interviews now! Starts end of November, mindful of the holidays. 3 strengthening & nature of trauma sessions before Christmas & remaining sessions in new year on the damage of sexual trauma & the process of restoration.
