Natalie Norrell, LCPC, Counselor in Kalispell
Are You a Woman Who Is Feeling Overwhelmed, Hopeless, and Unsure Where to Turn? Does everyone else seem to think you've got it all together, yet, inside, you feel totally out of control? Women's issues often include struggling with feeling stressed, overwhelmed, suffering from mild depression, anxiety, perinatal mood disorders, relationship difficulties or report that they just "don't feel happy". Oftentimes, these can be during particular life transition times, such as beginning a family, children starting school, going through menopause, becoming an empty nester, divorce, facing job changes or retirement.
Natalie offers a variety of counseling services through her counseling practice. Each is designed to help you live a more fulfilling, engaging and intentional life. Alongside conventional therapy, she offers Art Therapy and Equine Assisted Mental Health as an invitation to the many healing benefits of cultivating creativity, horses, nature, movement.
Art therapy is particularly effective in treatment because it does not rely on words or even conscious choices. I also am a certified equine assisted mental health practitioner. I am able to offer equine assisted sessions. (EAMH) is an experiential approach to therapy in which participants work one on one with horses.
