Do you have difficulty (or trauma) navigating relationships with others? I’m here to help clients truly connect in relationships, heal from trauma, and also dive deep into their individual values promoting a life of genuine personal satisfaction. I primarily work with women covering a wide variety of life circumstances utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Trauma informed therapies like EMDR.
As an LMFT, I’m licensed to work with SYSTEMS. This means that I not only help the individual, but dive deep into their support structure creating a sound environment for lasting change. Childbearing years are so difficult for so many reasons! I am specially trained to help during infertilty, pregnancy, loss, and postpartum.
