I'm a New York State licensed mental health counselor with a Master's degree and more than 20 years of professional experience, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I hold an additional license to provide mental health counseling services via telehealth to Vermont residents.
