Healing Through Self-Identity: BIPOC Support Group
Healing Through Self-Identity is an 8-week support group designed for people of color seeking to process and feel supported in their lived experiences. We will explore topics around race, identity, injustice, and trauma within a contained space for dialogue and connection. Members will walk away with greater connectedness to self-identity, solidarity in shared experience, and skills to manage prolonged stress. This group was thoughtfully curated and created by two people of color with lived experience in all of the themes being explored. || This group will run from April 5th-May 31st from 6:10 PM - 7:30 PM ||
