I seek clients who are dedicated to their healing journey and have a long-term vision of achieving independence and self-sufficiency rather than developing a co-dependent relationship with their therapist. I take a holistic approach to healing and work best with clients who are open to examining the environmental factors, behaviors, relationships, and experiences that shape their everyday lives and current state.
As a therapist, I am comfortable addressing a wide range of issues, creating a brave and supportive space for clients to explore and process whatever they bring to the table. My background includes expertise in trauma work, inner child work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strength-based approaches, etc.
