Seeking help can be a rough and complicated process. A little about me as a counselor, I like to try and understand the person as a whole and work towards their goals through a collaborative process. Every human is unique, and I want to embrace that. I have had over 5 years of experience in the field of Addiction Treatment. Through this experience I learned to embrace the process of growth. I was able to see the profound impact mental health could have on an individual's life and became passionate about the field.
I use a Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. I enjoy working with a diverse population of people and issues. I, as well, have experience working with addictions, anxiety, gender identity, and sexual issues.
