I work from the belief that you are the expert on your life and my role is simply to offer support, feedback, and perspectives that can help guide you towards your goals.
My approach to counseling draws heavily from client-centered and strengths based perspectives. As an IFS Level-1 trained counselor, I value taking time to explore, understand, and connect with the various parts of ourselves that may be in conflict about what decisions to make, how to navigate issues, or which direction to go in life.
I am a huge proponent of the power of therapy- I truly believe in what I do. I have seen clients change their lives in ways they doubted were possible and I am always humbled and grateful to those that allow me to be part of their journey.
