My clients are curious, motivated, and ready to take an active role in their growth. Together, we explore patterns, experiment with new ways of relating to themselves and others, and build practical, sustainable strategies for change. With over 15 years of clinical experience - including a decade working with Veterans - I bring a deep understanding of the unique perspectives clients bring to therapy. I use evidence-based approaches like EMDR and mindfulness-based therapies, tailored to help you explore patterns, try new ways of relating, and create lasting growth.
