Clients I have worked with have come to me for: Help with figuring out why they keep dating the wrong people; An intense sense of not feeling good enough; Imposter Syndrome; Feeling trapped in their life situations; Burnout at work and/or in relationships; Noticing they are always the peacemaker and/or caretaker; A lack of autonomy and control in their lives; A lack of joy or believing they don’t know how to be happy; A sense of isolation, feeling cut off from others; A sense of guilt anytime they do something for themselves; Feeling motivated by guilt to do things for others; Have experienced a loss and are navigating grief
I am trained in several trauma specific therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Adaptive Internal Relational Network Therapy (AIR Network), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I combine these to formulate a therapy that will best serve you.

Women's - How to Make Change/Improve Relationships
Have you ever been in therapy a while and then start thinking, how am I supposed to start changing all of this? Or maybe you have never been to therapy and the idea of doing it one on one seems daunting. This group is meant to walk you through what a change process looks like, what basic skills of change are helpful to anyone (therapy or no therapy), and then takes it one step further and supports you in focusing on the areas that could most benefit you. In addition, this women's group focuses on improving relationships.
